Summary: Virgil has a crush on his Internet friend, but of course, Virgil isn't the most lucky guy. His crush ("Princey") has a boyfriend, and to top that, Roman King (the most popular theater kid in school) asks him out. How does Virgil get out of this odd predicament? Even he doesn't know.
Logan being so unused to affection, he gets startled whenever one of the other sides gives him kisses (especially forehead kisses) and the others exploiting this at every given moment
Okay so, I've been listening to „so mean“ by afternoon feat. Mxmtoon, samsa and sadkid for...hours now. I just love it. And it inspired me. (listen to it here )
And I feel like I need to write more about Patton and Logan
So!
ship: Logiality (that's their ship name, right?)
Summary: Patton gets into a bad mood because of bad weather but Logan figures out what to do
There was one thing Logan knew and was sure about since a long time now: He cared about Patton a lot. Of course he did, why shouldn't he? He was also part of Thomas and an important part as well! So why shouldn't he care? What he didn't expect though, was that his heart would ache and break when he saw Patton sitting in the living room, staring out of the window with sad eyes.
Since several days now, Patton didn't want to go out because of the mean, rainy weather. Oh, so mean. Not only mean for Patton, but also mean for Logan who furrowed his eyebrows everytime he tried to cheer the other one up. For short moments, it worked and Patton smiled, but moments don't last forever. Quickly his sight would only fall back to the window, watching raindrops running down the glass.
Logan decided he had to do something. Anything. Now, going out when it's raining, could get dangerous, right? It would be easy to catch a cold, but running around in a raincoat and umbrella all the time would weight a lot and only get uncomfortable soon. Ugh, Logan could feel a slight influence coming from Virgil, but he was right.
Then something hit Logan's mind, why was Patton sad? Usually he wouldn't bother going out in the rain, right? He would just run out and play in the puddles or enjoy the smell of the rain. So, why did it bother Patton?
With two mugs in his hands, Logan went to the living room, sitting down next to Patton, holding out one of the mugs with hot cocoa. To Moralities surprise, Logan put an arm around him, pulling him gently closer and clearing his throat.
“Patton, I've been wondering”, he quickly scanned the surprised look on the other ones face and somehow, it was endearing,”why are you so sad? It's rainy, yes, I see that. But what is stopping you from going out anyways?”
Slowly, Patton snuggled up on his boyfriend, letting out a slight grumbly, but also sad sound.
“I don't know, I really don't...I guess it's just that I don't want to go out alone lately. Playing alone is...it gets boring quickly. Don't worry though-”, Patton smiled a bit and took a sip of the hot cocoa, a quiet chuckle coming from him,”-the weather will get better again, some day. I just need to pull myself together until the day comes.”
Logan didn't say anything more, he just sat there, keeping his arm around Patton who kept drinking from his mug until it was empty. He put it away and snuggled more up on Logan, until he dozed off. At least the sound of the rain was calming, so it made it easier to take a nap. And actually, sitting there like this was cozy, so Logan decided that a nap might be a good idea.
The next day, Patton sat there again, watching raindrops hitting the glass. Somehow it was fascinating, but also so ...depressing. Logan stepped up to him again and held out a hand, the only thing he said was:”Let's go out today.”
Never in his life would he have thought that running through the rain, chasing each other or sharing kisses under a tree would be so much fun. They ran around, played tag or hide and seek, danced around until they were exhausted and decided to seek shelter in a Café, in which they dried their jackets and pants a bit off, sharing baked goods and hot chocolate milk. When Patton started to laugh because Logan had some chocolate on his face, Logan realized what made all of this so fun to him. Yes, playing together was fun in some kind of way, but the way Patton laughed, how he smiled when he was happy, the way he would bounce around and enjoy every moment like they are made out of gold, that's what made Logan feel so good. Seeing Patton happy, made Logan happy.
With a soft smile, he leaned over the table to kiss Morality while cupping his cheeks gently with his hands. At the same time, the rain outside slowly got less and less, the thick cloud blanket in the sky breaking apart and rays of sun peaking through. Patton broke the kiss after a few moments, giggling and putting some money down on the table.
“Come on, come on!”
Quickly, he took Logan's hand and pulled him out of the Café, running out onto the streets.
Before Logan asked what was going on, Patton stopped and looked out with a silent squee.
Gosh, was that adorable.
Logan followed his sight and looked up, a big rainbow showing up in the sky. It was beautiful, but when Logic turned his sight back to the person next to him, he found something even more beautiful. Someone, even more beautiful.
Patton gently squeezed his hand for a moment and looked back at Logan.
“You and me, together, we beat the weather! We made the best out of it...I can make it anytime, as long as it's with you!”
Those moments reminded Logan that he owns a heart inside his chest, even though those moments were the same that made him forget how to breathe.
Summary: When Trevor ruins the musical, there's only one himbo who can save the show.
Ships: Background (not really) Logicality. I guess platonic everyone.
Warnings: Swearing, mad Logan (so basically just lots of yelling), I'm really mean to an OC (rip Trevor), loss of voice. Tell me if I need to add anything else!

"You WHAT?!" Logan shouted, clearly appalled by the news.
"I lost my voice, I can't sing." Trevor replied in a small, quiet, and raspy voice.
"How?! How could you have lost your voice? You're on vocal rest!" Logan quickly paced the small backstage area, trying to come to terms with this new problem.
"Well, there was kind of an opening night party at my house..."
Logan immediately stopped in his tracks and turned to look at poor Trevor. "Oh my god. You idiot. Don't tell me."
"We sang...the entire night." Trevor nervously confessed to the fuming Logan.
"F**k." Logan mumbled under his breath, which was a better reaction than anything Trevor could have hoped for.
Logan hid his head behind his hands. "Ok. Okay. Okokokokokok ok. We need a new Prince."
Logan paused for another second before exploding in panic and resuming his pacing. "WE NEED A NEW PRINCE! Holy- ok. H-How are we going to find a new Prince? You're the only one in the chorus who can hit the C5!" Logan resumed his pacing as he talked to himself about how idiotic Trevor was and how slim the chances of finding another Prince was before Patton, Logan's assistant, appeared at the scene.
"God, Patton, we're going to have to tell the orchestra to lower the note in 'Hopes And Dreams'."
"Wait why? What'd I miss?" As soon a Patton asked that, Trevor shrunk on himself for about the 50th time in ten minutes.
"Trevor. F**king Trevor. He lost his voice, so now we don't have a prince unless we find a replacement, but NONE OF THE ENSEMBLE CAN HIT THAT NOTE!" Logan shouted again, clearly losing his patience.
Patton looked to Trevor. "Ok Trevor, why don't you go get us your script, huh?" Trevor immediately nodded and ran to the dressing room he was assigned.
"Patton, we have-" Logan checked his watch in under 0.2 seconds. "An hour and a half until showtime. What are we going to do?"
Patton grabbed Logan by the shoulders. "Breathe, Logan. And don't worry! Roman can do it!"
Logan looked confused for a moment. "Roman? Roman King? The prop master? He's only a sophomore and he isn't even in the ensemble. Why him?"
"He basically already knows all the songs and he can hit that note! I think the only problem would be memorizing the lines." Patton explained.
Logan immediately brightened. "Patton, this is perfect! Are you sure he can hit the note?"
"Absolutely! Sometimes after rehearsal, I come to clean up, and I hear him sing it in the prop room! He hits it every time!"
Logan moved Patton's hands off his shoulders and intertwined their fingers, squeezing with bright eyes. "Patton, you beautiful genius! This is perfect!"
Patton blushed slightly. "O-Oh um- thanks? It wasn't anything-"
"Nonsense, Patton. You saved the show!" Logan then ran off to find the new prince in question, leaving Patton to buffer from the compliment.
---
"You want me to WHAT?" Roman questioned as he was fixing up the cheap props the school donated to them.
"We need you to be the prince, you're the only one who can hit the high note." Logan calmly explained.
"How do you know?"
"Patton heard you sing it after rehearsal."
Roman furrowed his brow in thought before answering. "...fair enough. But I can't!"
"And why not?" Logan was losing all of his sanity within these short 15 minutes.
"I-I can't go onstage! Are you kidding? There's a million people out there!"
"Our auditorium only fits 100 people-"
"If I go out there, all of them will be looking at me. ME! It would be different if you were asking me to be an ensemble member, but the lead? No! No way!" Roman dramatically waved his hands about as if that was a conversation in itself.
Logan clasped his hands together near his face as he drew in a sharp breath. "If you don't play Prince." He started slowly. "I will personally destroy you and this mediocre excuse for a musical. I get that you have stagefright, but if this show doesn't go according to plan." He paused to get in Roman's face. "I *clap* WILL *clap* LOSE *clap* IT *clap*!"
Roman backed up as much as he could with the table behind him. "Pretty sure you're already losing it, teach."
Logan was probably about to slap Roman in the face when Patton picked a good time to come into the prop room. "Ok! Heh, why don't we just take a second to breathe, huh?"
Logan pinched the bridge of his nose and started pacing again, occasionally muttering something to himself.
"So, Roman, we could really use your help if you could provide it. I get it if you don't want to, but it would kind of save the entire show. You'd be our hero!"
Roman thought for a minute. He'd save the show? Surely that's an exaggeration...right? They had to have someone who could hit that note! It was only a C5! That's a fairly difficult note, but most of the tenors could probably do it! He-he couldn't be the only one!
Roman made a decision. "...where's the script and how much time do I have?"
"AHHH ROMAN!!!!!" Patton immediately pounced on Roman while Logan physically relaxed.
"Thank god. I'll go get Trevor's script-"
"No, I'll get it! I don't want a repeat of the last 10 minutes." Patton said as he freed Roman and bounced away.
"Great. Roman, you have precisely an hour and thirteen minutes to memorize the script, learn the music, and learn the choreography. Go find Virgil, and we'll come back to give you your script." With that, Logan left a baffled Roman in the prop room, dreading how the next hour or so was going to go.
---
"Ok, now to the right."
Roman did so and began reciting his lines. "And the fair maiden fell deeply in love with the- the Prince?"
"'Madly'!" Virgil supplied. "Its 'madly in love'! And you should be using your Prince voice!"
Roman dropped his character and slumped. "Why did I do this? I can't learn the entire show in an hour!"
"Then why'd you agree to it? Left!"
Roman took a side-step to the left. "Because Logan would probably-"
"What would I do?" Logan suddenly came into the small rehearsal room, absentmindedly tapping his watch.
On second thought, he was probably doing that on purpose.
"Kill me, probably." Roman answered.
Logan sighed for probably the millionth time today and pinched the bridge of his nose. "I just came to tell you that we have 45 minutes until curtain call."
"Great. Thanks for the reminder." Roman said with a snark.
"You're welcome." Logan replied obliviously.
"Just go find your boyfriend or something" Virgil said while trying to help Roman stay in the right position.
"I...don't have a boyfriend?"
"Well, Patton's gotta be around here somewhere!"
Logan immediately choked on his own breath, making Virgil cackle.
"Wait wait wait! You- you mean to tell me that you and Patton aren't dating?" Virgil asked as he laughed.
Logan immediately flushed as he tried to compose himself. "I- why would we be? Why would you think that?"
"Because-"
"Hello, my hard workers! Anyone want coffee?" Patton suddenly interrupted, coming into the room with a small cup holder filled with cups of the aforementioned coffee.
"Please." Everyone said unanimously.
Patton giggled at his friends while handing out everyone's coffees.
"You knew my order?" Logan asked after taking a sip of the perfect coffee mix.
"Well sure I do! I would be a terrible assistant if I didn't!"
Logan blushed. "T-Thank you, Patton."
"Gee, I wonder why I thought you were dating." Virgil said sarcastically, taking a sip of his black coffee.
"Wait, Logan's dating someone?" Patton asked.
"No!" Logan exclaimed before realizing how loud he was. He cleared his throat. "Uh- no, I'm not currently dating someone. Virgil is just being delusional."
"So are some other people." Virgil added.
"Ok! Coffee is great in all but I kinda need to memorize the entire show, so..." Roman interrupted.
"Right." Virgil responded.
Roman moved back to the right.
"No- god- Roman, you dumb a**"
---
Roman shook his hands nervously as he heard the audience chatter. Oh god, this was really happening, wasn't it?
"Roman, you're gonna be fine, ok? You know all your lines and moves." Virgil tried reassuring him.
"Barely! If I mess up, everyone will know-"
"That's not true, only we'll know, and if you forget, improv and just get to where we need to go."
Roman took a deep breath. "Yeah...ok, I can do that."
"The only thing that we can't allow is swearing, so technically, do whatever as long as it makes sense and is PG." Virgil rambled a bit nervously.
"Well there goes my B**chmas skit." Roman joked with a smirk.
"Places!" They could hear Logan announcing from a distance.
"Thank you places!" They responded.
"Hey" Virgil put a hand on Roman's shoulder. "You're gonna be fine. The shows going to be great."
Roman smiled softly. "Thanks."
Virgil then went over to where the ensemble was, probably reminding them of their choreography.
Roman shook of his nerves and walked onstage, where he was shielded from the audience thanks to the curtain.
For now.
"Five minutes until showtime!"
He could do this.
He heard the shuffling of the tech crew behind the set, ready at the curtains.
Shake out the nerves.
The auditorium lights dimmed.
Take a breath.
Their musical theatre teacher started talking to the crowd.
Get into character.
Then the curtains lifted.
Showtime.
---
To say the show went well would be an understatement. Everyone loved Roman as The Prince. He was charming, kind, funny, and talented.
Saying he remembered all of his words would be a lie though. He did have to resort to improv, (which the other actors were aware that that might happen) but those scenes were made better and funnier by Roman's on-the-spot wit.
Everyone congratulated him as he walked through the school halls, making him smile the brightest he ever had.
"Roman!" Patton ran up to Roman and hugged him from behind. "Thank you thank you thank you! You did so good!!!"
Roman chuckled as the shorter boy freed him from the hug. "Thank you, Patton. But really, thank you, Patton! Without you, I never would have achieved this high level of fame!"
Patton giggled as Logan made his way over. "Roman." He started. "You...did well." He complimented unenthusiastically.
"Gee thanks, Emotionally Hard-ware." Roman replied sarcastically.
"Aw c'mon, Roman! Logan has feelings! Just watch!" Patton blushed as he got on his tip-toes and kissed Logan's cheek, making Logan actually malfunction like a broken robot; the only difference being his red face. "See?"
Roman laughed at his stage manager as Virgil suddenly appeared. "Yeah, 'not dating' my a**." Virgil said.
"Is that why I couldn't find either of them during intermission?"
"Probably." Virgil answered.
Logan finally started functioning again as Virgil and Roman kept accusing them. "I'll have you know that Mr. Sanders needed me in the lobby for intermission. Patton simply came along to help me."
"And to ask him out!" Patton added helpfully.
Logan flushed. "A-And that."
"Ok, this is getting too mushy for me." Virgil said as he turned to leave. "Good job, Roman. I thought you would crash and burn, but you did pretty well."
"Thank you?"
"By the way, Roman," Logan started. "Since Trevor's voice most likely won't be healed for tomorrow's shows, could you be Prince again?"
Roman had made a decision long before the question. "For my adoring fans? Absolutely."
Roman strutted off, satisfied with his performance and his fears conquered. He decided that this was it. This is his thing. He finally found what he wanted to do.
"There goes our new star." Patton smiled.
Logan sighed. "This is why professional productions have understudies."
