Okay I know this is not my usual content but hear me I want to come up with this crackship that I found funny:
LOGIWORTH.
Miles Edgeworth from Ace Attorney x Logic the machine god from Fear and Hunger: Termina.
The thought that made me come up with this ship was kinda stupid tbh. We all know Edgeworth is a person who relys too much on logic, to the point of having an ability with the same name that consists on literally that in the Investigations Duology. And this goddess' name is literally Logic.
Yeah that's it, that's the joke. It doesn't make much sense apart of it, since Logic is the machine god whose birth represents the equivalent of the industrial revolution and the starts of the internet in the Fear and Hunger universe and not a goddess related to literal logic and stuff. (Actually I think she receives the name Logic because of the project from where she was born).
Now, how would this relationship work? I think that is an interesting question here, since she's a goddess and he's a human. Actually!!! There's an example of literally this same thing happening in the first game of fear and hunger.
The God of the Depths took a human woman as a bride, but their union was impossible because she was a mortal. But she connected the human realm with that of the divine by fusing with the Tree of the Depths at the Dungeons.
However, there's a huge problem with this possibility in Logiworth: a human with a huge faith on a god is required, and Edgeworth doesn't believe in anything supernatural or otherworldly, so I'd say that it'd be safe to affirm that he would probably be an atheist.
That should be enough reason for me to drop this stupid idea, but unfortunately I think Edgeworth being an atheist would only make the crackship even funnier.
How would a ship between a god and an atheist work? I can only think of some one-sided interest on where she notices him and offers him her help and he doesn't recognize it because he always can find a reasonable explanation to whatever miraculous bs happens to him.
I don't think it could be a romantic, sexual or platonic relationship, but rather a secret option that trascends all of these forms. Something close to affectionate, but not quite, because gods and humans don't love in the same way.
That's too much text for a bullshit ship that I just invented for funsies lol. If anyone who is familiar with both games comes accross this, what do you think? Yeah bullshit I know, but hey you have two of my biggests interests, can we be friends?
