It’s Fine Press Friday!
This week we present Two Poems by Galway Kinnell, printed and illustrated by Claire Van Vliet at her Janus Press in Newark, Vermont in 1979, in an edition of 185 copies signed by the poet and artist. The text is set in Berthold Walbaum and printed letterpress on Mohawk Superfine. The lithographs were drawn by Claire Van Vliet and printed by Lois Johnson at the Philadelphia College of Art (now The University of the Arts). Our copy is another donation from our friend Jerry Buff.
