Three years. Three years she’d been traveling back and forth between America and Isla Nublar. She’d made friends in Costa Rica that would take her there and back from the island when she called. But Dr. Alexandra Grady was something of an oddity. She was special in many ways: the scars on her body from a raptor attack, the knowledge she possessed, and the ability she gained from a lab accident on Isla Nublar.
The paleobiologist went back to the island multiple times a year to check in on the dinosaurs after the fall of the park. And since she was able to blend in, she wasn’t in any danger. But one day she didn’t think would come, finally came when a ship from the sky came and... landed on the island.
Of course she took the form of a pteronadon and flew to the site, landing in the field and surveying the ship in front of her. The dinosaurs that were in the field ran from the ship and took defensive stances around their young. Who were these people, and what would they do to her animals? She shifted back to her human form and hid behind one of the trees, watching the area.
