Like I know lotta people paint Vox is a literal victim of an abusive relationship, but the big reason why he isn’t is where the power lies.

We don’t know how powerful val and vox are, who might be more powerful if at all, BUT they still hold a very obvious huge power with one another and one doesn’t seem to be over the other by a significant margin.
