As the soldier asked for help finding a key ring Mion nodded and crouched down closer to the ground looking for any signs of the keys the other was searching for. “Anything that would make these keys stand out in the snow?” she asked as she looked up at the girl and smiled. She hoped their would be some features to the keys that would make this search easier. 

“Well where did ya have them last? I bet you dropped them somewhere near there!”

Hanji had been awake all night working on the paperwork, that landed on her desk nearly a week ago, She was so tired that she didn’t know where she was actually heading when she was supposed to be going back to her office but unfortunately she headed the other direction.

Ah. She was out there again, but reading a different book under the tree. Reiyn didn't really expect to see the stranger again but she was pleasantly surprised as she did come out there looking for her after all. As quietly as she could Reiyn snuck up to her, and crouched down now that stealth was nil being right in front of the other woman. She weaved a hand under the book and poked the other woman's nose. "Boop!"

   Kei had been so caught up in reading her book in her usual quiet spot, she only realized another soul was in front of her when she felt a pressure on her nose.

                Blinking, the reaper lowered her book and looked up with a baffled look.   

                            Did she even have words to ask what that was…?

Life within the walls was dull for Kurisu. All her life she studied, and conducted research within the walls. She had no contact with the outside, the only real means of escaping was joining the Survey Corps. Of course she would never even consider joining combat. She was far too weak, and timid to actually face off against a creature of any kind.

One day as she finished her normal studies she decided to take a walk outside of her house. She ventured around the proximity of the wall she was contained in. The trip outside was not relaxing at all for the redhead. It only reminded her that humanity was imprisoned. After walking for a while she spotted a member of the Garrison. She could tell noticing the patch on the other girl’s uniform. It was rare for her to talk to anyone, but she was getting sick of only her own presence everyday.

“Can you tell me what the training is like?” she spoke in a monotone voice as she pointed to the patch on the other girls arm. She was interested in learning more about the training to join the ranks. “You don’t have to talk to me, but I’m intrigued by anyone who can actually endure combat.”
