Good question! Here's a probably very expected answer. I like the aesthetic of Kushina and Mikoto being in a relationship. They're both loving mothers and IF they were to split from their husbands, then they wouldn't have a problem loving the other's chlid(ren). You sadly don't get to see much of Mikoto but Kishimoto does give you enough to know that they've known each other for a good while. Probably since they were genins, even. MikoKushi is one of my only ships for Mikoto seeing as she only really interacts with Kushina and her family.
