Orchid Backstory 2/2 Adolescence and Adulthood After being separated from the Wolves, Orchid was sad and angered against the mafia that drew them away. However, only a month afterwards, she was adopted by an elderly man who saw potential for greatness in hear heart. She was flown to Japan, where she learned to speak fluent Japanese and was trained in the art of ninjitsu. She had become a member of the Shaizu clan. For many years she learned under the man who became her father figure. After being recruited into the vigilante force that the Shaizu created, Orchid quickly made her way up the ranks until she became the leader of the 4th unit. On one fateful night, she was sent to subdue and capture a man by the name of Riko Sanshiro, who was an infamous crime lord in the wealthy class of Japan. On her way to his dojo, she encounters Eli, and immediately recognizes him after a quick duel between the two. She is delighted to see her long lost friend, but appalled that he has a connection to her target. After a heated argument, the two of them leave each other alone. Orchid contemplates her next move before arriving and realizing that Eli has instead killed Riko. Knowing that they will both be punished for this scene, Eli convinces Orchid to flee to America with him. She agrees and from there, all of the Wolves live with her and create a bond stronger than the last.
