eyebrows where each individual hair is really long

or

eyebrows where the whole thing just extends

Hi there! I was wonder if you guys had any tutorials/tips on creating long eyebrows! I'm working on a Ice Queen (Adventure Time) costume and am a little lost on how to create her wicked brows. Thank you in advance!

These are some methods used for Blood Elf costumes, from World of Warcraft:http://tripleacosplay.com/2011/07/19/blizzard-elf-eyebrow-tutorial/http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xN3Qs0uJ7as  (it goes into eyebrows at 1:48)Because of the bends in the eyebrows of the Ice Queen I would suggest method #1 so that you can create the shape, but use the concealer in #2 to hide your own eyebrows. The reason I suggest the hair over feathers is because the feathers might look a bit weird when bent in that shape.
