Script supervisor Jenny Mac interviewed on Loon Lovers Live about working on TV show "Heated Rivalry".
It's a long hustle,
but it keeps me real busy 🖤 !.
how to focus for long hours
honestly speaking, I myself struggle with that unless it's a few days or weeks before exam:'). I'm still experimenting and trying different methods.
I'll make a post on that soon if God wills.
Anyways, till then, here are some that do help me some days:
IMPORTANT: break the hours into minutes with short breaks(v.v.v. imp to discipline yourself to not use your phone unless neccary. and even you do, make sure to turn it off immediately once time's up.) otherwise you will burnout, and also dread to study the same way next day. Studying like this can also help with something that I will explain in my post.
1) Giving my phone to my parent.
2) Sitting away from friends and finishing a chapter.
3) Rewarding myself after with something useful and/or productive (eg: working on my business after studying).
4) Teaching my friend who is not in my class/sibling about it. I just send them text messages of explaining(they don't read, just for me to study).
and I have to say, you need discipline to study for long hours. And it can be hard especially if you starting to study for long for the first time or are constantly distracted. But it's alright really. You can defo work on it.
I hope this helps! 💕
others, feel free to add more! I would love to read some advices on this.

The South Korean government was this week forced to rethink a plan that would have raised its cap on working hours to 69 per week, up from the current limit of 52, after sparking a backlash among Millennials and Generation Z workers.
Workers in the east Asian powerhouse economy already face some of the longest hours in the world – ranking fourth behind only Mexico, Costa Rica and Chile in 2021, according to the OECD – and death by overwork (“gwarosa”) is thought to kill scores of people every year.:
[Is this what you all thought the diner business was going to be? We anticipated the long hours, but it's a lot of fun. More annoying than her general righteousness. But Camille. I do that pretty well. I have a lot of fun. You're going to come to work tomorrow?]
Capitalist’s dream.
I can't express how much I haaaaaaate the 5 day work week. Its evil. Like nothing kills your passion for something faster.
