May have dropped all my other projects to focus on Rose Eyes because best badger, even if a touch unhinged in her first book. Also, backgrounds? Never heard of them.

The Sands of Salamandastron
Defender of the western coast and the peaceful wood beyond, above the beach’s endless sand stands the peak of Salamandastron.
From ancient days unnumbered and seasons now long gone, The Lords and Ladies never left the Sands of Salamandastron.
And with them stands a Great Patrol that marches ever on. A mighty force unnumbered as the Sands of Salamandastron.
An Abbey far with Walls of Red, kind beasts both old and young are kept under the watchful eye ‘f the Sands of Salamandastron
Blood has soaked into the shore in battles lost and won, great wars only recorded on the Sands of Salamandastron.
Basil Stag Hare line art
I've been revisiting a favorite childhood series and decided to draw my favorite character from said tale. This particular design is influenced partly by the PBS cartoon series and partly by Disney. Basil's insignia is modeled after the officer's insignia used by the modern British army. Basil states in Redwall that he's a commissioned officer, and it can be inferred that he is of at least equal rank to Captain Snow. So I've made him a captain in this pic.
Abbot Arven
I hit the “random page” button on the Redwall wiki to get a character to draw, and got him! There wasn’t a whole lot of reference so I improvised a little bit on the clothing I saw in one of the drawings of him.
BEING an altogether True Account of the Mighty Heroes who Saved Ackerland from Brutal Assault by Demonic Forces. PART II.
The Bunny Army. Hell yeah.
You see, a long time ago in the campaign, our Druid, who was just beginning to flex her powers, learned how to turn things into bunnies.
Thing is, she started turning a lot of creatures into bunnies.
Many a fearsome foe met the untimely end of his villainous career by becoming a bunny.
These bunnies inevitably wound up in her Bag of Infinite Holding. And there they began to breed. And these aren’t just Regular Bunnies. They are Dire Bunnies.
Since our Druid, whose powers perhaps exceed her wisdom, can command creatures, these bunnies were forged into a fighting corps terrifying to behold. So when it came time to kick the asses of some greenskinned-wannabe-world-dominators, it was time to call in the Rabbit Regiment...er...Bunny Brigade....Long Patrol....
...whatever.
No matter the nomenclature, these bunnies fought like hell. A lot of good bunnies died to hold that bridge.
SIDE NOTE: My friend, the DM, made these motherf&*ing bunnies. By hand.
A Long Patrol hare! Eulaliaaaa!

Summary: Set shortly after the end of The Long Patrol. Baby Russano explores the abbey
"'Splore!"
Pasque Valerian of the Long Patrol sighed as she followed baby Russano down the gallery hall for what seemed the umpteenth time. He'd begun to toddle about on unsteady footpaws just a few days before and, despite constant supervision, he was already becoming quite the escape artist. Twice she'd had to retrieve him from the gatehouse, and thrice from the cellars. He'd made his way out to the gardens and orchard, and just yesterday he'd had to be rescued from the abbey pond when he decided to take a dip in the water. This time, however, Pasque knew where he was headed, as much as she didn't like it.
One should NEVER underestimate a badger. Anyone who has also read Brian Jacques knows that badgers can be bloodthirsty terrors when they need to be. Keep calm and badger on my Huffles.
