MHA chapter 430

Finally the last chapter has arrived and ... Well it's underwhelming at best.

I already knew I wasn't going to like this chapter considering how things went in previous arcs but I just feel underwhelmed and indifferent.

So Izuku loses his quirk and then becomes a quirkless hero. I don't know this seems so.... Underwhelming no that's not the word so bleak, gloomy and sad?!?! I also hate the concept of iron Izuku with a passion!!!

Ochako starts a new quirk counselling campaign. This is good but it took that long?!?! I guess hawks was incompetent

All might and izuku parallels/foils will be forever going and I love that izuku used his analysis skills for the kid and I suppose hori tried to go with everyone can be a hero one way or another because the title of a hero isn't just based on the job heroics but how someone helps and saves people but I think that failed in execution.

I sense a change to momo's costume design. I like it

Rooster teeth shutting down is so surreal because I haven’t even paid attention to their content for 5 years, (since the RH situation tbh) which in itself left it’s scars.

We have as a group made a TFP OC now Long Ride who is a Seeker who converted to a car we made off of a green Knock Out toy that looks nothing like Knock Out. He is a super freak and very, very into his work in the morgue and scavenging the battlefield for the bed and soon to be dead that are being recovered for parts. He prefers the dead and is a major creep and has very specific kinks for big bots but only if they are cold.

He is smaller and nobody is scared of him when they are healthy but nobody wants to see him on the battlefield while injured because he is a sadist and not above friendly fire. He has been banned from the Med Bay for ages.

Motormaster is having a very ill-advised affair in which they do a lot of autopsy and temperature play that no one knows about because a.) Nobody talks to Long Ride and b.) Motormaster does not want anyone to know about this.

Knock Out does know and has been using it to blackmail him not to say shit to his husband.

Oh now that's interesting!

I think Long Ride and Hazard would at least click a little bit! (A little bit, anyway. They've got a similar "if you know what's good for you you're gonna stay away from them" reputation. They're also both green, smallish, and menaces), although I don't think they'd necessarily get along but rather do have moments where they enable each other.

Ohhh MM making all the decision-ey decisions right there, hooking up with Long Ride. Ill advised indeed.
