#smalltowninertia Tilney1 apartment January 2017 I visited with Tilney1 this week. He was in good spirits though still in a state of limbo, mostly resulting from ever dwindling care and support from savagely cut and underfunded local mental health teams.  We talked at length about his poetry and the cassette recorder he makes spoken word recordings with, next week we’ll meet up to record his process.
