Enjoy the rich and flavorful LongHorn Steakhouse Burger, which has juicy beef, savory Parmesan, crispy bacon, and a tangy Dijon mayo sauce. It's the perfect burger for people who love steakhouses!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 80% lean. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1 egg. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of Swiss cheese. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. 4 slices of bacon, cooked crispy. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, diced red onion, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each burger patty and let it melt. While the burgers are cooking, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl to create a sauce. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes or until they are lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by spreading the sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, followed by a tomato slice, a burger patty with melted cheese, and a slice of crispy bacon. Top each burger with the other half of the bun and serve hot.
