Repost @thelisaprojectnyc ・・・ Hello. This is Wayne, I help with the L.I.S.A Project NYC. I wanted to take a moment to celebrate the life of John "Cha Cha" Ciarcia, the Mayor of Mulberry Street. You guys may remember him from Good Fellas, the Sopranos and many other great film and television roles. I knew him as a merchant of Little Italy and a L.I.S.A Project colleague. He was the guy that helped me get the wall for @tristaneaton ,so he could paint "LIBERTY." Cha Cha passed away on Saturday November 21st 2015. He was 75 years old, and a true character of the Little Italy community, that had character.
