There is definitely something in the #bicep area!!! #babybiceps 😁😁 #liss completed, and with that ends the #bbgweek4! 40min #longslowrun and then 10mins on the treadmill- 3.5kmph at 15% incline! I had planned to start operation #suryasfirstpullup today but I think it's a better idea to start it with #bbgweek5. #weirdlogic 😃
