You have the right to talk about your mental health/anything that’s bothering you. Your problems are valid and important, no matter what you’re going through. You don’t need to compare your problems to others’, you don’t need to feel guilty that your shit ‘isn’t as bad’ as someone else’s, that’s not the point. It’s about you and looking after yourself, and talking can be hella hard, so if you are opening up to someone, proud of you.
