Some overdue commissions for @lookbluesoup of her sweet boy Nahte
👤 with Helvi :3
"My sister often jests I adopt every amnesiac person in sight - and I would lie if I said I did not take pity on Arya the very moment she came to consciousness. She was all alone, lost and confused... And then she remembered her only family getting killed so she could flee..." Helvi's voice cracks, as she shuts her eyes tightly. "I- honestly, I'm so proud of her. After all she'd been through, despite her trouble with magic and aether, despite all her fears and insecurities she stood up to Lambard, and then to Lilith - and of course she would insist it all ended well thanks to Rhun and me, but she was there for us as much as we were there for her."
As she opens her eyes again, they are filled with joy. "Recently I've seen her converse about art with Alphinaud and I'm looking forward to seeing what good his advice has done. Do you know how expressive her paintings are? She makes miracles with colours!"
She gives a soft chuckle and averts her gaze. "F'lhaminn once asked me whether that young lady was my Ascilia, and I laughed it off at first, but..."

Cindrelle and Nahte!
Her focus is drifting, today. Cindrelle closes her eyes, attempting to focus on the faint feeling of sunlight warming her face - tries to find something to center herself around. The bench beneath her palms, the sun on her face. It's... fleeting.
When she blinks them open again, it takes her a few moments to adjust a few more to realize that the sun has disappeared behind a building. It takes a few more to realize that the blur of dark blue on the bench across from her isn't a patch of shadows, but a person.
Slowly, the features resolve into a miqo'te, dressed for travel. Details stand out in a patchwork, as her eyes find the crest earring on his ear, the weapon strapped at his back. There's a book in his hands - she fumbles for the one at her side, her fingers bumping against the tome, then over its lock. A different volume, then.
As she breathes slowly in, then out again, she realizes that the man has raised his head. An expression crosses his face that she registers in its' components. Crinkling at the corner of the eyes, a sudden movement of ears, a turn of the corners of his mouth. The book is closed and tucked aside, as the miqo'te bobs his head, and leaves.
He's disappeared entirely down the path by the time Cindrelle thinks to ask how long he was there.
(Thanks for the ask! )

Ohh thanks for asking!! Sorry this took forever! I decided to write some fluff for my Sosu Nancy and Danse, so here we go!
Soaked in sweat, Danse abruptly woke up. For a brief moment he did not know where he was or what had happened. Had anything happened at all? He felt terrible, trembling, afraid, but slowly he realised that he was in no immediate danger. This was... yes, he was lying in a soft bed, their soft bed. The room around him took shape, silhouettes in the darkness, but still everything was as familiar to him as ever - the red sofa next to the bed, his clothes lazily thrown over it, the desk with countless files under the window....
“... Babe?”
The sleepy voice right next to him gave Danse the final assurance that everything had to be alright. Slowly, Nancy straightened up in bed, examining him with worried eyes before placing her hand on his muscular upper arm.
“Are you alright, Honey?”
Her voice was only a whisper, but it calmed Danse more than anything else. He took a deep breath and stroked his sweaty face with a large hand before taking Nancy in his arms and pulling her near. She slid closer, rested her head on his shoulder and stroked over his bare chest.
A7 Piper!

Piper huffed as she leaned back in her chair. She had been at this for hours. Or at least felt like hours.
She fished out the bronze pocket watch from her coat and-okay, she stood corrected. It had been 30 minutes, but still! She dropped the pocket watch back into its designated home in her coat and ran her fingers through her hair as she slumped farther into her chair. She groaned and grunted and growled her frustrations just as her little sister poked her head inside.
“What is it this time?” Nat asked, her face mixed with both concern and annoyance, “Blocked ooooor is the terminal giving your the green screen oooor did ya wait till the last minute again?”
Piper gave Nat a mean glare and stuck out her tongue. Nat returned with a raspberry in retaliation. Piper rolled her eyes. “To answer your question: no, no, and maybe.” She smacked the terminal and slouched in her chair. “Damn thing’s not responding and I was just getting to the juicy bit.”
Nat shook her head and came over to pat Piper’s shoulder. “Your words were too powerful. We’re gonna have to operate.”
Piper took Nat’s hands in hers and stared deep into her little sister’s eyes. “Please Doctor Nat, you're my only hope.”
Nat adjusted her purple goggles, hanging around her neck, and grinned proudly as she put them over her eyes. “Fear not citizen!” She reached inside her jacket and pulled out a screwdriver and a pair of pliers. “Doctor Natalie Wright,” she twirled the screwdriver in her hand, “will fix it right up!”
Piper snorted. “Okay, you better not actually operate on the terminal.”
Nat put her tools back into her pockets. “No, duh.” She shook her head, “I’m not some engineer person...yet anyways.” Nat tapped a couple keys and hummed when the screen didn’t show any changes. She looked back at Piper, “Have you tried turning it off and on again? Forced reboot?”
Piper gave Nat a look. “Please don’t tell me I’m gonna lose all that work.”
Nat shrugged. “I won’t say it then...but memory is probably full. Doctor Duff at the Science! Center mentioned having old experiment data being transferred to holodisks to save room.”
Piper sighed. “I’m getting this down to the wire…” she rubbed her temples and looked up at her little sister. “Do we even have any empty holodisks laying around?”
Nat popped her lips in thought. “Dunno. Maybe your girlfriend Ellie has some.”
Heat rushed to Piper’s cheeks as she sputtered. “What?! Me-a-her?! Haha, Nat you’re so funny-“
Nat pushed up her goggles and met Piper’s eyes. “You’re always hanging around her and doing that weird giggle whenever she compliments you. I’m not dumb.”
Piper’s lips thinned. “So,” she clapped her hands, “need a new disk. Cool.” She stood up and headed for the door, “Keep working you flying monkey.”
Nat stuck her tongue out as her sister shut the door behind her. Nat mumbled to herself as she held down the power button. “Ugh, adults.”
