The way we learn how to take care of ourselves starts with the love we receive as children. We go to school and they teach us healthy and unhealthy food groups. When we have low self esteem we exhibit unhealthy thinking about who we are taking us down a lonely road. If we don’t love ourselves we develop unhealthy habits keeping us from happiness. There are problems when we are unhealthy making life more complicated then it has to be.
When we criticize ourselves this keeps us from love and any movement forward. This causes unhealthy thinking and the ripple effects moves us away from what we want . Life has cruelty and trauma that unleashes behaviors that are unhealthy. We start to believe we cannot change from what life has dealt us and the behaviors created from our pasts. All our unhealthy ways can change when we believe we are worth it.
Stop criticizing everyone,
We can say we want to change the way our lives are going in one way or the other. When we feel we are worth it, we see where all our unhealthy habits are keeping us from peace and joy.
