Agree but purely for pragmatic reasons--my confettis are one of the most expensive things I own (next to my laptop and engagement ring), lol. Most of my borealis types fall into that category, really, but I’ll happily lend out the others!

I tend to be a pessimistic person, and it's something that I am constantly working on changing. This quote from Sylvia Plath is a good reminder of how mindset can change your viewpoint on situations. You can either see the winter as cold and dreary or see it as something else if you let it. It's like that in life as well. To say it snowed a bit last night is a bit of an understatement. I can definitely say I uttered a few curse words this morning when shovelling the driveway. Why during summer rather than now?

I don’t know why, but summer’s the slow season in Family Law. Maybe people are happier? Heat makes me irritable, so I don’t know. But fall/winter is the peak season for divorce and custody issues. Which means lots of back to back trials and a hectic office.
