Dandelion:Middle name? Autumn!

Emerald:Favorite thing about yourself? My ability to think creatively and logically. (So when my brain isn’t being rude to me it’s actually pretty cool.) 

Dark Venetian Red:Dream job? Being paid to travel to eat foods in really gorgeous places and write in my spare time if I wanted to. Secondarily open a restaurant, and a separate coffeehouse/ patisserie with an accompanying book store. Tertiary-ily, work with cats of all sizes (like at a zoo) and cuddle them and help conservation efforts. And lastly, create really fun movies or videos so I can use my acting skills again!

Well I needed to get some more DROPS Paris to finish a project, but of course I had to make the order up to the free delivery limit cos I can't pay for delivery. The purple-ish one is Rico Superba Bamboo and the other two are Cascade Heritage (I'm going to dye the white).

Ahh I have a cover of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star by Fredrika Stahl that was in a Nissan advert that I love! Maybe I should look up more of her stuff :)

Ah cool, yeah, that's how I found her music in the first place actually. I'd definitely recommend her music, although it's mostly not that similar to her Twinkle Twinkle Little Star cover. Here's a taste:

3. A Series of Unfortunate Events - Lemony Snicket - I am just now discovering there are books like these for adults. My joy is unbounded.

4. The Mismeasure of Man - Stephen Jay Gould - It makes cromulent point and isn't afraid maths.

5. The Bartimaeus Trilogy - Johnathon Stroud - If you want well-written children's literature, look no further. Plus, footnotes.

6. Mort - Terry Pratchett - Of all the discworld I have read, this sticks in my mind the most (the guards books were oversold).

7. Anansi Boys - Neil Gaiman - If someone tells you to read American Gods, read this instead.

8. Sandman - Neil Gaiman - Or this.

9. Beautiful Minds - Maddalena Bearzi and Craig Stanford - Apes! Dolphins! Cognitive science!

10. Poppy Shakespeare - Clare Allan - I read this shortly before watching One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest and I have to say this is much better.

yep, the beige is drops fabel and the multicolour is drops delight :) you can't see the broken seed stitch in that picture as it's not on the sole of the sock.
