cedar, lavender, storing animal fibres in sealed plastic containers, freezing any current stash that may be infected to kill the eggs.

Freezing! Ok, I didn't know that! And it looks like I'm going to have to retire my lovely felted stash bucket and crack out some plastic storage bins. Will cedar or lavender damage or stain the yarn in any way? I'm reluctant to use pesticides for that reason, especially on more delicate stuff that can't really be washed very much or often.  I'm assuming that the moths don't really go for acrylic yarn? *wikipedias*

Sure thing, seems a fair enough exchange. We'll have a robes party. (Need to find the measuring tape for fancy graduation hats as well. Are they called mortarboards, I think?)

I *think* the house inspection has been moved to the 8th, since we got another email saying they would be doing an inspection on the 8th (Tuesday). Unless they’re doing two inspections, that is

Two letters got delivered, both written on the 31st, one saying the 7th and one saying the 8th. So it's sort of a safe but sorry situation.

(The house isn't even messy, there's just dissertation research everywhere.)
