I actually feel kind of good. I played drums and guitar for four and a half hours straight and now it's past 1am.
How feasible is it to use a looper live in a band setup with a click track, MIDI synths, computerized effects, etc. all going on? If I get something like the ditto x4 and tempo-lock it, would that work? Or should I just grab another guitarist lol
It’s feasible. Check these guys out.

They use Gibson Echoplex units to loop and sync everything though. It works really well for them. It’s just about finding a setup you like. They, like many people, probably use Ableton too. Ableton looping can be nuts.
Obviously grabbing a guitarist is helpful though. I’m not sure how you mean you would set up the X4, but possibly? Live looping really well just takes a lot of practice. The Boomerang III is really helpful for precision and what not. Lots of control and features too.
Hope this helps some?
