How do you think uncle Joshy, charlatan uncle Joshy felt when Amber actually developed psychic powers? Like I’m just relistening rn and that surely must have been an insane world breaking moment for him!? Going from kind of scamming people and fucking around at the end of the world with that doomsday mindset to one of his pupils actually developing the sort of power he’d been pretending to have for months.
Actually, on that note how do you think it was for Amber to suddenly become the only person with the ability to fight the blinksharks but with a mentor figure who couldn’t actually even help her?
No I don’t want to talk about the time that Steeplechase ended and I was so SO convinced Ethersea would come back afterwards that I made copious amounts of fanart of my Ethersea original oc hanging out with the main cast and then even DMed one with Zoox in it to Clint (who kindly follows me for some reason, thank you Clint) and then the next season wasn’t even Ethersea season 2 and I felt so embarrassed that I genuinely debated deleting my Instagram account. #mybad

Ok I know I want to redesign some of my Ethersea headcanons again to make them all look a bit more fantasy/fishy and I'm thinking about picking specific fish to design each character around. I've always had a headcanon that Kodeira is Russian due to her name, Oksana, being of slavic origin, so I was wondering how I could incorporate that into the fish/sea creature I chose for her and lo and behold...there is a sort of fish called a Moscow guppy...oksamber nation rise
Was it ever confirmed who this character was from the Ethersea trailer? My immediate thoughts were Hermine or Kodeira standing in the biggest baby?
