my knowledge of type advantages is probably pretty outdated, especially since the last time I worried about electric/rock effectiveness was in… you know… YELLOW VERSION… idk

i was slowly learning how to be a competitive battler until they introduced fairy type, so i had to know these things

also i memorized most of the types' interactions back when i was 12

thunderbolt doesnt do shit to rock either last I checked

unless that changed in gen vi electric types are normal to water types. it's because a lot of rock types are also ground types that everyone thinks rock type is immune to electric

i have wrecked enough omanyte, corsola, and kabuto with thunderbolts to know that rock doesn't stop electric

and actually gastrodon IS a water/ground i was wrong i had to look it up :/
