A series of quotes that I find to be incredibly deep and/or funny, fueled by my midnight watching of Bill:
-'im a friend when you need one, question not my coming'
-'Catholics can't put on muscle mass, be side God hates them!'
-King Philip the Second of Spain! Of Spain!'
-'Lasting peace between our two great nations! Right, let's get this over with'
-'i said clandestine!'...'i don't know what that means!'
-'Walsingham! I thought you were dead.'...'no, just in deep cover'...'but it was an open casket'
BILL (2015)
Really early on, in the scripts, when we were talking with the various studios, I said whatever gets cut, anything can get lost...I'm open to negotiation on absolutely everything, apart from the line in your bum. That stays in a I get to say it.

Gabriel Montoya and Lope Lopez are not related but they are siblings
I really do love the outfits in Bill, especially on our assassins, specialists, Lopez, Juan and Gabriel.
For our two men we have a lot of leather, or whatever they used, a minimum of two belts, (seriously don’t stare too long at Lope, you’ll realise how big it is)
Juan has black studded leather coat that looks like its been torn and woven back together a few times with black leather cords.
And then for Gabriel, two outfits are shown, there’s the wider shots which had a plainer black button up doublet* and fluffy pair of black shorts, there is some small intricate pattern in black thread on her shoulders, the edges of her doublet are only slightly flared. As well as white lace around the collar and end of the sleeves. And finally a pair of leather gloves.
Once she blends amongst the women she changes, her doublet is replaced, she looses her gloves. The collar is extended up to match the ladies, the lace as well. Beads and jewels are woven in, the shoulders are even more puffed and even have a design on them.
The sleeves look layered and for an extra bonus there is a bit of fabric that sits behind her arms that imitates the long sleeves, she picks them up to move next to Juan.
You can see the extra bit of fabric on her other side for a brief moment when she steps back next to Juan.
I can’t say for sure, because there isn’t a shot of their lower halves after this but I think Gabriel is still wearing the shorts she had at the start, I say this only because the actor moves so easily and it doesn’t appear that they're weighed down by the dress.
But that isn’t the end for the lovely outfit, because the doublet/dress makes another appearance later in the film at Bills first attempt at a play.
(*doublet: a snug-fitting jacket that is shaped and fitted to the body)
Hmmm...
Fixed it 😁
Heheheh, Ian deserves to be included too!
This is after King Philip asks 'Who would like to kill a Queen?' And while Lope and Juan are totally on board, Gabriel does not look excited at all.
Which just confirms to me that she never wanted to be part of any murder plot and in fact, I think she's never killed anyone. I'm just thinking about her past and how did she end up a part of this Assassins Trio and how much she just wanted to find a life where she could be herself and she didn't have to hide.
