Fuck you, ADHD! Why are you ruining my life!! 😢😢😢 I think I was better when I didn't know for sure. FUCK!!
I'm having a very very low week and it's only Tuesday 😞
there is still time. there is still time. until your bones are in the fucking ground there is still time.
Listen. Rabbot forehead kisses. Because neither had them. Robby, not since his grandma, and Jack never 🥺

I'm gonna need an opinion of this scene from someone who hasn't seen The Pitt. For science. 😉

favorite shampoo (scent or type/brand)? - I don't think I have a favourite brand, but I dye my hair often, so I like something which helps the hair recover and also maintain the colour. I like a nice-smelling shampoo 🧴
do you sleep with the light on or doors closed? why? - If someone is visiting, door is closed, but on my own, it stays open. Big light always off, but I have fairy lights and nightlights, and also a sleep mask, if I want the comfort of knowing those lights are on, but I want the darkness so I can fall asleep 💤
hot or cold coffee/tea? - Hot tea and hot coffee, but also iced coffee is a lifesaver in those heatwaves ☕
do you use the same username for all/most of your socials? - No, different social, different username 😁
what song is stuck in your head right now? - been listening lots to Noah Kahan, so atm it's Willing and Able 🎶 (makes me think of Rabbot)
white shoes, yay or nay? - Yay! Love smart casual with white trainers 👟 (no white icon)
would you rather watch three twenty minute episodes or a one hour movie? - my brain struggles with anything over 30 minutes long, so three twenty-minute episodes it is! 📺
would you still love the person that tagged you if they were a worm? - Indeed I would, worms are so cool 🐛

genuinely what makes me most angry- like, truly angry- about the online fandoms baseless push to label robby as a vile misogynist who's every action is seeped in woman-hating, is the fact that it stops the cast and crew from achieving their aim of centering and platforming healthcare workers and the broken american system that fails these workers.
because, congratulations, now all actors and producers are being asked about is robby's misogyny and the fandoms disproportionate reaction to a character leaving. they have to spend all their interview time talking about how robby is actually altered and suffering due to his mental health and that's why hes yelling, NOT because he hates women- when it should have been OBVIOUS. and it IS obvious to viewers with critical thinking. congratulations, now they're being asked about cast rotations on a show that they have ALWAYS been open about being one with a revolving door.
your lack of media literacy and inability to understand why a suicidal character might yell at those around him have stopped the cast from being able to spend precious interview time talking about doctors and nurses who are suffering, because it's now become more pertinent for you to need simple things spelled out to you like a baby. well fucking done.
they WANT to talk about what needs to change in the american system. they WANT to talk about specific patient stroylines like cancer, rape and insurance issues and how important it is to platform them. they WANT to have nuanced and in depth conversations about the impact of a broken system on worker's mental health. and you know what? they CANT. they can't spend even HALF as much time talking about this as they want because you guys have fixated on a minor character flaw added to make robby a realistic middle aged man, and now they need to keep repeating to you that that does NOT make him evil.
and because a lot of you guys are truly insufferable, you keep IGNORING IT. which means they have to say it AGAIN. which means they lose MORE valuable time platforming real issues to pander to your immense intellectual deficit. jesus fucking christ.
if you actually liked the show and respected its aims, you'd shut the fuck up and listen when people talk, or maybe you'd just do the bare minimum of putting your phone down when watching so you actually saw what was happening on the screen.
the cast and crew and healthcare workers deserve more respect than what you give them.

Robby is welcomed home to the sight of his husband bent in half, completely nude.
"Jesus, Jack," he laughs. "All the curtains are open."
"No one can see me from here," Jack says. He slides forward into a lunge. "And shouldn't you want to show me off anyway?"
"Not like this." Robby slaps the jiggle and laugh it gets out of Jack.
"Knew you liked it."
"Never said I didn't. I'm taking a quick shower; wrap this up, we need to be out the door in thirty minute."
"Sir, yes, sir."
Half an hour later, Robby reenters the living room to find Jack, graciously, dressed. His collared shirt stretches around his shoulders handsomely; Robby kisses him as a thank you. "You clean up nice, Dr. Abbot."
Jack hums. "You're one to talk." His hands fall around Robby's waist and pull him closer. They share a languid kiss. Or at least that's how it starts, it doesn't take long for Jack's hands to start worming their way downward.
"Mm, no," Robby shakes his head. "Not this time."
"Oh, come on. It's just dinner."
"'Just dinner' at the most booked restaurant in the city," Robby argues, though it's half-hearted. If he weren't so hungry, he'd be tempted to give in to Jack's offer. "Besides, this is the second time I've had to make a reservation with them. We missed the first time because you got your way, remember?"
Jack gives him another squeeze. "Boy, do I."
"I swear you get worse with age."
"It's better than age, baby. Like a fine wine."
"Well, I'd like some actual wine tonight, and if you're good, maybe we can have dessert at home."
Jack's mouth hangs open, offended. "I'm always good."
Robby scoffs. "Sure." He makes it one step out the front door when a swift hand lands on his ass. "Jack!"
"Your pants are so well tailored, and I was getting you back for earlier."
"Jack."
"I'll be good at the restaurant, I promise."
Jack's wide smile shimmers in the sunset. The pretty lines on his face highlight the gleaming joy in his hazel eyes. Robby sighs, he'd have to be a much stronger man to resist another kiss.
He's either in North Dakota or Montana—it doesn't really matter which one. What matters is that Robby is tired and Robby is upset and, Jesus, he was joking when he told that little baby that he wished someone would swaddle him, but the idea keeps returning to him and gaining sincerity with each lonely night that passes.
He's alone in the motel room (be it North Dakota or Montana or, come to think of it, this could be South Dakota) and there's no sound through the wall. No one to intrude, but no one to comfort him either. Tears sting at his eyes as he wrestles off his clothes. A sob rips from his mouth when his jeans get tangled around his legs. He kicks them off with a cry.
Now naked, he crawls pathetically to the centre of the bed, atop the blanket, and tries to fold the fabric around his body. He is fat and he is haggardly thin. He is old and he is pathetically young. He is suicidal and he is so desperately desirous to live. The one absolute in this motel—wherever it happens to be—is that he is alone. There is no one to swaddle him but himself.
He cries until he passes out.
Can someone help me find a Rabbot fic where Robby and Jack go to Dana's for a party and Jack makes lemon bars, which he brings to the party, but they are really for Robby? And then they sit in the car and talk? Thank you 😘

She met him on the day he had already decided that he was going to kill himself. He was never going to treat her fairly or give her a chance, and that was not on her. I think they can hopefully find a way to work together after he's back, because I think Baran is a great foil for Robby and I think both of them can achieve a lot. I'm excited to see their dynamic evolve next season.
