Windenburg gains its own countship.

As result of the marriage of Lady Elena, heiress apparent to the county of Willow Creek, and Lord Jacques Villareal, of Althorp Park in Windenburg, a new countship has been created: The Countship of Windenburg. Lady Elena and Lord Jacques will be styled Countess and Count of Windenburg, and this title will pass onto their shared children.

In order to secure the new countship, Count Villareal’s previous children Lady Luna is granted the title Vidame, while the younger Hugo is styled Baron. The youngest Max remains as a Lord. What a powerful manoeuvre for the Villareal family!

Lady Elena relocates to Windenburg.

Lady Elena becomes the mistress of Lord Villareal’s estate Althorp Park, as well as the stepmother to Lord Villareal’s previous children Lady Luna, and Lords Hugo and Max.

“How very generous of Lord Jacques to educate the orphan boys at his own expense. Perhaps he really is, as I’m told, all an aristocratic sim ought to be.” Lady Elena observes.

“Yes, your betrothed is most noble, but it was your detested Lord Darcy who insisted on booting the bill for their schooling here at Althorp. Keep that to yourself, though, Ellie, for he was adamant it stays within the family.” Lady Ekaterina replies.
