spent most of yesterday trying to re-create my Lord Malvan Inquisitor Dorian's Lover in Dragon Age Veilguard.

i spent maybe an hour or two on my Rook. i like my Rook tho! he's a masculine non-binary elf. he's cool and makes fun expressions.

i played through the prologue 3 times because that's when i kept realising i had to make some change to my Lord Malvan ><. it's a pity that we can't change him later on. for this reason. also sad that we can't give grey hair streaks. that's why i made my Lord's hair somewhat greyer than his younger. now hopefully i won't find anything more to change about him, and can continue playing.

i also wish we could import an Inquisitor appearance like we can with Rooks.

initially i expected something much more elaborate, but i will try to draw that instead.

Lord Malvan should've had a nice looking armour tho, and not just normalclothes.

also love that Dorian was slightly shorter than average. the more like Ramon the better. Lord Malvan isn't overly tall either, just slightly taller than Dorian. made him a bit too tall in the creator, but hard to get it right without having seen Dorian at all in the game yet.

will likely post some thoughts and stuff about the game in the coming days, but now i need to rest :).

i wanted to see mr Vong (My Spy Family) get the happy ending he deserves, so i transported him into my SWTOR (Star Wars: The Old Republic) lore where my OCs live 😊. there, Vong is a school head teacher at the Imperial capital, and meets the great Sith Lord Malvan himself, at the latter's inspectionary visit to Vong's school.

Lord Malvan, who is half human and half aluzurian, believes education is important for the future of the Empire. His name (pronounced máhl-vahn) means 'dark wanderer' in his mother's tongue, a name he chose himself after his parents died.

i couldn't quite decide, so i added an extra song. many of these are songs i listened to alot while playing SWTOR where Lord Malvan comes from. others are somewhat thematically fitting. i love all these songs very much. as you might see, my blog title is taken from the first one. Agalloch is my fav music artist.
