I have no interest in watching The Last Jedi or whatever the 9th movie is called, but I do need to know one thing-

Are Kylo Ren and Lord Snoke Sith? Like, do they follow the same Sith Traditions that Palpatine followed from Plageuis that he got down from whoever (is Darth Bane canon in the new Continuity?) and so on up the chain to the original Sith Order or whatever?

Or are they just dark side users unaffiliated with the specific code and creed that is the Sith? Or does that distinction no longer exist in the New Continuity?

I just saw an anti claim that Kylo Ren is the Voldemort of TFA, which has to be one of the biggest stretches I’ve encountered so far. 

I mean, it’s not like the movie already has a literal Space Voldemort or anything.
