Tonight was fun, I went out with Cameron (formally Lordtrash on Tumblr, now deactivated) to a concert because he had a free ticket. We missed the whole second opening act because we were eating fries and talking but we got back upstairs in time to see Jack Colwell, this singer from Sydney play.

It was wild like I'd seen heaps of the Chaser but i didn't make the connection until after he'd finished and had to go run off 'to be on tv' and someone murmured 'was that the chaser guy' behind me and I Knew
i love it!!! also it’s fair not to make the connection because it’s a bit of a mindfuck to see him in real life...i dunno what it’s like for other people but he’s different to what you expect
You should buy the australian book of comedy writing andrew hansen has a story in it he read it at newtown festival it was great

i admire your commitment! seems like you spend all your free time writing, you do so well! i definitely putz around a lot while working. at this point i’ve finished enough long works that i know i can write a book to the end but i’ve never ever edited something until i felt it was finished. i am trying to learn that skill but at the same time i don’t want to work on this book until i hate it, so i’ll probably just work on something else for a couple months and come back when i don’t have the whole first chapter memorized (’:
