almost hard resetting this guys personality bc i think thats what tripped me up the most when writing him
i think hes nice to everyone. hes in customer service mode almost all the time. hes spent his life trying to not get on the bad side of bad guys but he also has to play along with them.
despite being nice he does not trust you. hes paranoid. hes circle of trust is small. everyone is a potential enemy, and could ruin the nest he built if he's not careful. he will never say his real name unless actually asked and will call himself by a nickname or just mister n.
hes nice but not trusting but also wants to be a little spoilt. but he would never confess this. hes too busy being the people pleaser. his life is standing on eggshells until he can break free from The Family. he will never be free; but that is something he refuses to believe.
Lytrisa=Luria.
Decided to change the name uvu. Lytrisa is a central figure as they are the primordial god of creation. In the expense of space and chaos, Lytrisa had been fighting against an eldritch being for eons on end. Each battle creates new stars and galaxies. One battle had mortally wounded Lytrisa, and seeing that the eldritch would not give up, they decided to give up their form to create a new world as a means of sealing it away. With their suicide, they created The Planet. Locking away that eldritch being deep within the core of it.
The very essence of Lytrisa permeates the air, known as Kii it gave form to all life. From their chest, gods and spirits were born to watch over the lands and the seal on the eldritch being.
The eldritch being doesn't have a name, but the gods would refer to the being as The End. Its purpose is unknown, only that it seems like it wants to consume Lytrisa before their death. Due to their presence, their hunger its later seen as the personification of death on the Planet.
Humans would refer to it as The Lich once it gains sentience as the seal begins to weaken due to time and the gods' hubris of Dropping the Ball. They literally had one JOB!!
How their mother, Ferelith, was chosen by Lucifer:
She was twelve, two days have past since she received news of her brothers' passing. Heartbroken, Ferelith was now alone. The girl was on her way home after selling her neighbour's crops - she heard a rustling sound from a bush. She would look to her right, and see an injured duck (whom was Lucifer in disguised), concern and worried, Ferelith would take the creature home, and nurse it back to health; caring its wounds, and feeding it.
A week had passed, and miraculously, the duck was healed. Suddenly, the duck transformed into a man, a grey-skinned man. The young girl was in shock and afraid. The man would smile, taking a bow, saying thank you. And then he vanished. And within time, a black rose would appear...
So, since it's mother's day, here's a few headcanons for Blaise and Siobhan's mother, Ferelith.
Ferelith had strawberry blonde hair, during the summer months, her hair would change to an auburn red colour. Blaise is a spitting image of his mother.
She loved music, singing many gaelic songs while she did housework, etc.,
She was one of eight kids. When she was twelve, many of them caught smallpox, including her parents. Ferelith and two of her younger brothers survived. They were left with permanent scars from their face, arms, and legs. Ferelith was very insecure of her scars.
Ferelith and her survived brothers were raised by their neighbour, Ferelith was expected to help with housework and farming, including crops. Her brothers would join the rebellion group, later on being killed during a rebellion fight.
A few months after her brothers' passing, she would see a black rose sprouting from a small bush near her neighbour's house. She ripped the flower off its stem, and the next day - the flower reappeared in the same spot. She did this so many times, and the flower would always come back. She started to believe that she was chosen by the devil. No, she did not think that was a blessing. This belief became worst when her eldest daughter's twin was a stillborn, and Siobhan's arm was paralyzed.
Ferelith met Bloid, her true love when she was seventeen. She was a bit stubborn on allowing him to take her heart; Bloid had to prove his worth and win her over by building their home, the McDougal family home. They did have their arguments, but they loved each other very much.
Ferelith loved all of her children - secretly, Blaise and Siobhan were her favourite. Sespite the path her children all took, she still loved them. She did not care they were satanists nor witches, nothing could ruin her love for them. She died protecting Blaise and did not regret giving up her life to protect one of her children.
The two-headed rabbit, Hamish and Jack; Siobhan's first creation:
The terrifying, yet kind creature, was created from Siobhan's blood, representing her emotions; happiness and hate. Hamish is blunt, who quickly feels unease and cannot trust the first person his eyes lay on. In time, he will warm up. While Jack is outgoing, eager to meet someone new and explore. They both have a strong love for Siobhan, and will always protect her. Do not be fool by the rabbit's appearance - if one does threaten Siobhan; their demonic form will be revealed, and are not afraid to shed someone's blood. They are often found being held in the witch's arms -- on full alert. They feel more relaxed when they are home, either sound asleep on their bed, or on Siobhan's lap. If you wish to win over their love -- they love baked sweets, especially if its shortbread or bannock.
Since Noa wasn't allowed to leave the main Farinelli family home on his own growing up, he spent a lot of the time he wasn't glued to Kenneth's side just studying. He ended up teaching himself English, French, Russian, Japanese and some Chinese as well. This ended up coming in handy as he got older and had to socialize with more people.
Noa does in fact, not spend a lot of time in The Nest - whilst yes, it is his base and something he built himself - he does have another apartment he lives out of... although it is still in walking distance to The Nest.
He loves to travel when he can, but never has had a long holiday since he always ends up being called back to work in under a few days of leaving.
