1. How do they move and carry themselves? Pace, rhythm, gestures, energy?

// That might depend on whether she’s in the water or above it. Above water, she moves almost as much as a typical human would at about the same speed and rhythm as everyone else. Only if she is angered or something of that nature would she ever be faster than that above the water. Below water, she has a tendency to either move slowly or very quickly and there isn’t much in between. As for gestures, most of the gestures she might use are things she’s picked up over time from other people. //

2. How much physical space do they use, active and at rest?

// Not a whole lot, usually. Lorelai’s use of space is a lot like how she views getting involved with other people in that she keeps to herself more often than not, particularly while at rest. Actively, it doesn’t change much, only she’ll use however much space she needs to complete a task. //

3. How do they position themselves in a group? Do they like to be the center of attention, or do they hang back at the edges of a crowd?

// Lorelai isn’t often in a group…. unless you count fish. Crowds aren’t appealing to her at all - especially not since a vast majority of the people around don’t like her a whole lot. // 

4. What is their size and build? How does it influence how they use their body, if it does?

// Lorelai is tall, an inch over six feet, and pretty average for her size. Her build is a lot like you would expect of someone who swims often. Her muscles are subtle but definitely there. As for how it influences how she uses her body, I’d say it’s more of a reverse in that what she does influences how she looks more so than the other way around. //

5. How do they dress? What styles, colors, accessories, and other possessions do they favor? Why?

// Lorelai dresses very simply for the most part, her typical dress being the only thing she really wears more often than not. Very occasionally she might try something else, likely something she’s gained over time. The only late addition to her typical outfit has been the necklace that Tahm Kench gave her some time ago, as well as a bracelet made of bone. Beyond that, she isn’t very flashy and she prefers just keeping to what she’s familiar with and what’s mostly just plain. //

‘ hc ‘ + Marai and Fizz's race

send me  ‘ hc ‘  + a word and i’ll write a headcanon about it regarding my character.

// Lorelai is over three centuries old and, with her time, has seen the Marai before. I like to imagine that both the Marai and Fizz’s unknown race live further out than what Lorelai considered to be her domain so she doesn’t normally seen them. When she does see something like a Marai, it is doubtlessly brief and always with a purpose, or so it seems. Close contact with them hasn’t been easy to come by but she can admire the race from afar for the most part. As for Fizz’s race, they’re strangely nomadic. Far off, their cities can pick up and leave an area of the sea without a moment’s notice, always gone within an hour or so. Problematic for something like Fizz, perhaps, but that is how they have always been. Lorelai had never actually seen one of them until Fizz showed up, their locations always beyond her territory. //
