hey look i finally drew Lorelye and Finn interacting

I think Lore was alone for a while before meeting Finn? I'm still kind of working out their backstory, but the idea I've got going is that they used to live in like, a mushroom kingdom/coloney? and i think mushrooms are usually like interconnected in mind or something like that, idk, but I think they moved away at some point because they wanted to know what it was like being alone. (or at least away from like, their colony thing, where everyone knew everyone and might've been in a hive mind thing

anyway, I didn't use refrences for Jake n BMO, n I'm still undecided abt the hooves

(( torn between classic-but-annoying-to-draw mushroom hat + having that be fake and instead having them grow lil mushrooms on their head /I could give them antlers if i did that ))

it'd be like, they still had the hat, but they could take it off. its cute! but also it makes them look less Mushroom tm and reminds me of when people wear masks that have faces printed on them or something (i think they make shirts like that, too)

I've also was toying w/ the idea that I wanted to make a fungi character that like, took over a body and pilots it? idk if I wanna do that with Lorelye or not yet, but it'd be kind of cool to play with maybe
