Casting Time: 1 reaction, which you take when you see a creature within 60 feet of you casting a spell or making an attack

A blue mote of light swirls around your outstretched palm, forming a symbol like a circle with four branches. When you cast this spell, choose two of the following options:
Counter: You attempt to interrupt a creature that you can see within range in the process of casting a spell. If the creature is casting a spell of 8th level or lower, its spell fails and has no effect.
Embrace: You attempt to interrupt a creature that you can see within range in the process of making an attack. The target must make a Strength saving throw. If it fails the saving throw, its attack fails and it can’t make any additional attacks until the end of its next turn.
Remember: You regain an expended spell slot of 4th level or lower.
Restrain: Magical bands of blue light form around a creature within range. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw or become paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
