I'll be making the Dreamluxe studio available for intimate private Pop Ups events, Art Exhibits, Fashion Shows, Photo Shoots, Cooking and Dinner events, Workshops, Acoustic music performance, holiday Parties and more. If you're looking to create a unique experience for your next event this the perfect space. The studio is located in a 100+ year old landmark industrial building at the famous Brewery Art Colony just minutes for DTLA. The Indoor space is 750 sq. ft. with an open floor plan. It has concrete walls and floors with high ceilings and unique lighting. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, changing room, table with six chairs, and sofa. WiFi and sound system is provided. It also has a nice private outdoor garden space that is 400 sq. ft. with lots of plants and cacti. There is a table with chairs and some lounge chairs too. This is a great space to extend an event on those wonderful warm L.A. evenings. There is ample free street parking.
