losblancosmerengues we've kind of drafted a 'script' so in a way I know what to answer and what my teacher will say, but its the random conversation after that im a little concerned about :s

I want to go to the gym but I feel a bit weird there, but I know I'll work harder there. But I also know it's possible to work out at home and I don't want to feel like I'm wasting money. None of my friends want to go to the gym with me and they say I'm wasting money by joining a gym :L
Well if you want to go to the gym, then I don't think you should let your friends talk you out of it! I don't think that they're actually that expensive when you take into consideration how much all of that equipment actually costs (my dad and I were looking up equipment online and some pieces are well into the thousands) and definitely not a waste of money if you're going to put in a hard workout. I totally understand why you wouldn't go by yourself, though... which is partly why I don't like going to one either. Maybe you could give it a try by yourself on a day where it doesn't seem too busy and see how you like it before making a commitment to one. Plus, you may meet people there that are like you and would love to be your workout buddy! :)
