I've been best friends with someone for 9 years (I'm 21) and we used to have so much in common. but now we struggle to have things to talk about and its making me hate her because she's just changed so much. I dont know what to do. I miss my friend..
People change, but memories don't.
Think about all those times that she was there for you, think about all those times you laughed together, think about all those time you had sleep overs, think about all those times that you were there for her, think about all those times that you two were inseparable. Just think about all those things. Seriously, sit yourself down and think. It really helps to think about all those things because you said it yourself in your message "... I miss my friend." Don't let the flame die out.
I understand where you are coming from though, I had a close friend who was my best friend for years upon years. From when I was younger than 5 to when I was in 7th grade. She was my world. Her name was Rachael and we would spend almost everyday together, swimming, playing in he backyard, looking for bugs, playing dolls anything really. I never thought that someone could be my best friend, I mean, she treated me like her sister. Our moms got along, we would eat dinner at their house, go trick or treating together. We would spend all this time together. Then, something happened. We stopped calling each other, our moms lost contact, we went on with our lives and they went on with theirs. We grew up. We were not best friends anymore, we didn't know each other anymore. We grew apart.
Do you know the reason I told you this story? I told you because I miss Rachael everyday, I wish I could call her or contact her in some way but a part of me is too scared because what if she doesn't remember me or even want to still talk to me... I told you this story because me & Rachael let our flame die out, we don't talk anymore, we don't know each other anymore, everything we had is really gone, into the dust.
Here is what you do: You call your friend or however you contact her and let her know that you're not wanting the flame to die out, you want to stay close and you'll do anything in your power to let her know that. You sound like a wonderful person and wonderful people go far in life.

Fucking laptop keeps freezing which makes my music go 'nernernerner' really fast cos it like also freezes, and then KAPOW, my internet just disappears. And then I need to restart my laptop via the power button cos it wont switch off properly and ARG.
