Tonight's Dinner for Two (Schmee stopped by) was the braised beef I intended to use as empanada filling but Schmee is gluten free, so we improvised when she called and said she was coming over and I just slapped it on the plate with the rest, cilantro lime rice, spicy refried beans and fresh pico with tortillas.
