Help me find a lost old anime

I am looking for an old anime, I hope you'll be able to help me find it!

Around 2010's I remember watching an anime on youtube, I remember it had the name of the anime and it was cut into various videos like "part (11)" or "part (4)" because of copyright probably, so I don't know if it was a series, an OVA or a movie.

But there's a part I perfectly remember...

It's an old anime, with those soft traces, mature and sharp features and "small eyes", I don't remember if it was a fantasy or a period anime, but this scene is set on a palace, with a balcony (maybe an oriental palace). The character in this scene is a "female fatale", wearing a dress like Jasmine (Disney Live Action Aladdin), she confronts the "good girl", and cuts off her face and hears it like a mask to replace, impersonate her. I don't know if it was to atract the male love interest, or a political thing.

I don't remember blood, I remember clearly she adjusting the mask as her real face and smiling, laughing.

I remember finding the anime beautiful, and very different than any other I've seen, probably because of this dark and mature animation, and even thou I was a child, I was drawn to this anime, even if it scared me, so I watched it in secret.

I remember it on youtube around the 2010's, maybe 2008 - 2012

[ALTERNATE UNIVERSE] That lost Sprunki Anime...

So, you're talking about the Sprunki game, yes? Well, as far as I remember, it was actually based on a lost 13-episoded anime of sorts that I couldn't find anymore. I had a bunch of memories that I couldn't just record with a recording software because I never recorded a single bit of that anime.

However, whenever I play the horror mode of the Sprunki Game, it reminds me so much of the finale where Yellow was revealed to be behind everything that happened when Black arrived. For now, all I remember about this episode aside from this is the ending scene where Black takes off his mask, sobbing due to everything that happened, and thinks he's the one that led to a terrible chain of events.

I redrew that final scene of him, so I can remind myself of that final episode.

NEW LOST ANIME FOUND! INFORMATION HERE:

The anime is titled “出て行け！メイドラゴンヒロコハイメ夏代” (English: “Begone! Dragon Maid Hirokohaime Natsuyo”). The story follows a dragon girl named Natsuyo who has green hair and yellow horns, who meets a mortal human named Mito with brown hair, an average school boy. There isn’t any other information on it, no posters, animations or anything really. The only thing known is it’s from the 2000s (2006-2007), and was created on July 28th. It aired on December 10th of 2006, until April 7th of 2007. No one has said anything about it, but I got this information from a private website I managed to reactivate. The anime was made by two companies: Fanzone Oni (ファンゾーン鬼) who created it, and STUDIO MATCHA who produced the anime. Both companies are nowhere to be found, and searching them up does nothing. I am trying to find more information on the lost anime, if I find any old screenshots and such I will post them here. Let’s find B!DMHHN!

I know this is random but i want to watch these two anime SO BAD just because. They're an unimportant bonus anime from their each franchise but i still want to finish it regardless >~<

Matsuri - Sentaku ni Yotte

I think it safe to say they're like a lost media now. I search everywhere possible but no result whatsover. I heard the baka to test ona was uploaded on YouTube and their website but i think they erase it. As for gakuen handsome special, it's only available on DVD and no one shares it online . :( if you guys have these two anime PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE share me the link thxx
