Anything you could share on the Swap AU?

well, by "proper swap", i mean that the ancients are the emissaries, and the beasts are the heroes. BUT ☝️ they all keep their original aspects, so i guess its not a true-true swap? if it were, @legendspeaker (wife) and i would be playing with new versions of sage and recluse i think. hm. ill put a pin in that for later.

anyways, in this one, the two of us decided that truth, passion, resolution, abundance, and freedom are corrupted and we have the Lost Beasts, while the New Heroes have to learn and wield deceit, sloth, apathy, destruction, and silence for the good of all~

of course since wife and i are crazy abt sdvn we've been thinking abt them most :3 we got Pious Vanilla (Beast of Truth, former Fount of Knowledge), vs Star Milk (Hero of Deceit, literally just some clown guy)

but we've also been thinking about sswl too!! we've got Winter Lily (Beast of Freedom), vs Snow Salt (Hero of Silence) :3 they're really fun to figure out, salt especially bc most of his personality is based on the fact that hes an emissary. so its been fun to reimagine what he'd actually be like as a normal regular ass guy without all that shit weighing on him

The development of Lemon Meringue!

Her very first design! This was before I gave her depression and a coffee addiction, and she was closer in personality to Sour Snake. I proceeded to redesign her exactly two hours later because I hated it.

Her first official design! This was before I made her an Ancient, but this was also the phase where I developed the personality we all know and love today.

First time I drew her as an Ancient! This is mostly her final design, just the hair and eyes changed
