TRYING TO USE A BLADE. WITH TAIL GIVING INSTRUCTIONS. BABIES.
Joining the Blades meant you better damn well you know how to fight. Elennia's fighting capabilities, however, proved that she fought like a mentally challenged Horker.
With a sword in hand, she was basically flailing with it on the target, but instead of getting a lethal blow on the target(Dressed in Thalmor robes) She ended up accidentally hurting herself. Throwing the sword in frustration, she sat down and began working on healing her hand, mentally kicking herself for being so useless.
"Well...that sure was, somethin', little lady." She heard a rather familiar voice say, turning her head to notice the red Argonian, who was aparentley watching her epic failure in the shadows.
"Something?" Commented the Altmer, "I can't fight, in a real battle, I'd be dead in seconds! I fight like a half-dead mudcrab." She buries her face in her hands, letting out a huff of frustration. That is when she feels a hand on her shoulder.
"Kid, I think yer tryin' too hard on the technical part of it. " Tail responded, "You knew where to hit, you just need to relax a little, just aim your swing, and let the sword do the rest. " The Altmer seemed confused, but nodded as she slowly stood to try one last time.
Green eyes looked at the target once the sword was in her hands once again. Taking deep, relaxing breaths, she tried to follow Tail's instructions. To not immediately panic and start swinging blindly. To simple aim, and swing without thinking about it.
The blade cut along where the throat would be. Her eyes widened at this, and she glanced back over to her mentor. His back was to the wall, but the smile of approval said it all. "You learn quick, kid." He commented, "Keep it up!"
Elennia felt her heart swell with pride. She would be sure to do her best.
