23 Day LOST Challenge  Day 20: Most Aggravating Moment

I'm not going to lie I got aggravated a lot whenever some of my fav's died or didn't get together, but that is to be expected with a show. I think I was most aggravated that I just didn't get answers in the last episode. Don't get me wrong, "The End" was beautiful, I just wanted to know more. And when I didn't get closure I was just like *Head explodes* I wanted to know what was up with the numbers, Why them, Why can't anyone ever find the island, why the hell can it inhabit Polar bears, why can't black smoke fly across the ocean and leave..why and how is it that black smoke and Jacob couldn't kill each other, why did Black smoke kick Jacob into the fire and not disappear if girl "made it" so where they didn't kill each other. Just so many things unanswered.. haha.

23 Day LOST Challenge Day 18: Favorite Mystery 

There's so many. I was so intrigued with the Dharma stations and what the hell they were doing on the island, and the treaty between the "Others". I also wanted to know what the HELL those numbers where. Seriously. I can't stop naming them. haha.

The Monster Bridegroom

I don't usually post my fanfiction on this blog, but a Lost Boys-related challenge is calling!  Put behind a cut for the sake of non-fans, and warnings are in the tags.

Once upon a time, there was a man so handsome he could have the love of any maiden he desired.  He bestowed his favor upon a girl who thought herself lucky to have earned so much as a glance, and she happily followed him on the path to his home.  He had with him a company of knights- to guard against robbers on the road, he said- but when they reached his home, he and his knights set upon his new bride.  They ripped her limb from limb and devoured her, for they were not men but brutes and monsters.

That’s how the fairy tale usually goes.  But in Star’s case, she could add a new twist to the story of the Robber Bridegroom.

“Hey, babe.  Guess things got a little rough last night.  Drink some of this.  C’mon, it’ll make you feel better.”

You see, though they devoured her heart and drank down her blood, there was enough of the bride left for the robber bridegroom to stitch her back together.  As she lay on his bed cold as death, he poured between her lips a strong wine, made from the blood of the other girls he’d murdered.  It revived her, and when she stumbled to the floor of his lair, feeling sick but not daring to lose a drop of precious blood, she knew that he had been generous.  Once again, she was lucky to have earned his favor.

“Good girl, Star.  Are you ready to have some fun?”

The robber bridegroom had a talent for making it hard to say no.  And to his credit, he did seem to think of her needs, or what he supposed were her needs.  When her sickly days and endless nights left her weary and lonely, he brought a child for her to care for, as if he were her own.  When she cast her eye on another man (as a hero to rescue her or as prey to be devoured, even she wasn’t sure), her bridegroom brought him back to the lair.

“Don’t say I never do nothing for you.”

That made the new man her responsibility as well, for it was her fault that they’d tricked him into drinking the wine.  (At least, that’s what she’d been told- if the robber and his knights had received orders from another, they never discussed it with her.)  When they left her alone with him, she wondered if she was meant to kill him or the other way around.  Perhaps the robber bridegroom simply hoped one of his fledglings would destroy the other, and whoever remained would have become his worthy heir.

“You know what you are, Star.  The question is, does he know?”

She could be a perfect bride for him, her teeth and hands stained red, and things would become so much easier.  There would be no fear or crying, no moment of regret if she gave in.  And she did want her monstrous groom, for even revealed for what he was he remained handsome enough that any girl would be lucky for his favor.

But Star embraced the man who should have been her victim.  Even broken apart and stitched back together, she was still much too human- her greatest weakness and her greatest strength.

23 Day LOST Challenge Day 16: Unanswered question that bothers you the most 

Well every single one of them bothers me..but we will get to the end of the series. First of all, how did Jacob and Black Smoke’s (ain’t nobody ever remember his irrelevant ass name) “mom” (guh you ain’t dey muvuh) with your crusty self. Anyways how did she “make it” to where they couldn’t kill each other? Isn’t the island about free will? Or at least in Jacob’s stance and considering how girl made him drink the kool-aid, I mean water, and they “became” like each other wouldn't she be about free will also, and never cast some kind of sorcery on them and let them be around other people? FURTHERMORE, Ben may have stabbed Jacob but Black smoke is the one that kicked him into the fire. The island and Jacob has healing powers so Jacob could have miraculously came back from that. So really, he did kill him. Also what bugs me is the fact that Jacob had Jack drink the water, he whispered sweet (nothings to us) and said, now you’re like me. LIKE ME HOW? Jack said he didn’t feel any different, he didn’t act like he had the answers to life or the island..he was just his normal self. As did Hurley. So I conclude, what is this mess?

23 Day LOST Challenge Day 10: Favorite Non-Canon couple

Okay, so I'm not going to do a picture or anything cause I honestly can't even think of a couple that wasn't already together in some way that I would have liked to see. The only people I can think of at the moment is in the beginning I kind of routed for Sun and Michael to get together because Jin was being a jack ass..but then I grew to like them together. So this is all you are getting from me right now unless I all of the sudden think of something.
