Club Inter@ctive is the only place that is accessible to teenagers only. After Daisy's visit, I decided that it was time to somehow renovate the interior of this place a little, to make it look more like a gaming club.

PV Bridge from Lot View!

Look, boys and girls! Look what I made! A homemade, cobbled-together-from-bits-and-pieces deco version of the Pleasantview Bridge that is visible from lot view! You’ll be able to place it directly over the game generated one or place independently as hood deco. Coming soon to a Downloads folder near you!

I was keeping the project a secret, just in case it never got off the ground (like last time...), but I’ve been having fun with it, and figured maybe if I post it, I’ll be more motivated to keep it going. 

I’m preparing for an Apocalypse challenge, and that means I get to utterly destroy Pleasantview. >:)

Leela Nigmos has kindly agreed to test the club for functionality and ease of movement. Several other teenagers kept her company. In the process of checking the computers, an unpleasant incident occurred: two teenagers had some disagreements. A girl named Martha Parks turned out to be more convincing. Leela weighed the pros and cons and decided that it was better to be friends with this girl.

Pictures from lot view, thanks to the new water mod (first picture was taken without a pool on the lot) and some other fixes. I’m afraid I’ll turn the neighbours off for playing though, my laptop is just too slow to play like that.

How to give The Sims 2 an open world feel

Tired of the blue fog around your house? Sad that the neighborhood doesn’t look that nice in lot view? Wanna see moving clouds, skies and skylines from your lot? This tutorial is for you!

Step 1: turn off the fade distance

Step 2: enlarge the view distance

Use the cheat uintProp lotSkirtSizeIncrease 120 Note, the view distance in the options is still at the one that was checked before. When you want to go back, just choose an option from the view distance.

Step 3: use skyFix to see what’s behind the borders

Put this in your Downloads folder.

Step 4: use custom cameras

Check this out.

Step 5: write all your cheats in userStartup.cheat

In case you always want to see the whole neighborhood with lotSkirtSizeIncrease. Man, this file has so much potential!
