I haven't been happy with a lot of my old Frey art for a while now, so I decided to redraw some of it 🙏. And the first one I wanted to do was Lothar ✨

The difference between the artworks is 10 months.

yeah the red wedding was bad but actually the worst thing house frey ever did was lothar frey giving catelyn stark his condolences for bran and rickon’s deaths before proceeding to bait her only remaining son into a death trap.

Los siete bajaron a Lord Hoster por la escalera del agua, chapoteando en los escalones a medida que subía el rastrillo. Lothar Frey and Walder Rivers give Robb their father's terms for continued Frey cooperation. All they have to do is wed Edmure to a Frey bride. This is perfect, and everyone is invited to the wedding. What could possibly go wrong?

This is another one that became a portrait of the two Freys. The hardest part was when I went to double-check Lothar's description on the wiki I saw a picture of him by @amuelia, that had him pegged. It took a lot of willpower not to copy it, and even then, I think I’m still too close, SORRY.

Having said that, I had fun finding a good costume reference for him.
