Vault City Strawberry Sundae on tap at Brewdog Lothian Road in Edinburgh. A 4 of 4. Yep, this is weird, but it’s quite excellent -- the strawberry and vanilla play very nicely together on only a mildly sour base. Both avoid the artificial taste you sometimes get, and this has a great balance of fruity sweetness, tartness, and is quite refreshing on balance.

Brewdog Bank of Dank Triple IPA on tap at Brewdog Lothian Road in Edinburgh. A 3 of 4. Yep, this is a huge IPA. Really nice West Coast IPA hop profile on a bit of a maltier, bigger base reminiscent of old-school IPAs, which carries the 10% quite well. A bit astringent from both the alcohol and bitterness as this warms, but quite nice.
Neon Raptor Little Tron Double IPA on tap at Brewdog Lothian Road in Edinburgh. A 4 of 4. Reminiscent of some of the best bigger hazy NE IPAs out there, with quite a lot of stone fruit, pineapple, and tropical fruit juice throughout. Very nicely balanced, with enough bitterness towards the finish to cut through the tropical sweetness, and great creamy mouthfeel.
