honk honk honk!
from a dark corner, the goose runs out, honking in fear as it tries to find some safety away from the monsters that had found it. it has not been safe, it has not found anywhere to rest. the monsters aren’t like the dumb humans, they don’t seem fazed at all by the honks of a goose. they also don’t have anything to steal -- they only want to hurt the goose.
it runs into two people who also look scary (anything can be scary to a ruffled goose at trying times) but familiar, has it stolen something from them before?
it honks cutely (as cute as honks can get) -- honk... honk...
