@dippirt tagged me  relationship status: vry single but i might ask someone 2 be my queer-platonic partner!! depends wake up time: if i dont have work, i usually wake up at 8 am or sometime around noon!! Canadian electronic pop band West Nile always has me on the edge of my seat with their envelope pushing music. They ooze an intoxicating pop sound that breaks ground by bringing in retro 80′s flavors charged with the darkness of acts like Crystal Castles, TR/ST, and Chromatics. New song LOTTA PPL is a fine example of that delicious style, though it might be their most warmly glowing and brightly vivid offering yet. This one’s a peppier, sweeter synthpop jam with sultry vocals and playful synths. LOTTA PPL is like a droopier Metric with a touch of HAIM and some Say Lou Lou. I have a sudden urge to listen to all of West Nile’s songs later tonight after LOTTA PPL. If you do, too, head over to their soundcloud, which is ridiculously addicting.
