not really about love is louder but do you have any tips on how to deal with anxiety attacks? because I'm having a really hard time
Brittany: Sometimes it’s the simple things that help get us through moments when we are feeling really anxious or overwhelmed. I had to learn how to check negative thoughts that come into my head and say to myself “maybe that’s not true.” Finding the difference between your thoughts and who you really are. If we can realize that we aren’t our thoughts and our fears, that can really help give us perspective.
Courtney: It’s also really important not to hold it all in. Talk to someone about how you’re feeling. If you don’t have a friend or a family member you can talk to, reach out to a counselor or someone you trust. If you’re in the U.S., you can also text START to 741741 for a confidential conversation.

Britt, Courtney said that you made a playlist for this chat. Can we listen to it? :) x
Brittany: We are excited to be launching a new Love is Louder website in the next couple of weeks and it is going to have playlists I put together for different moods and moments. We created Love is Louder account on Spotify and will be sharing it soon.
Britt, would you ever consider working on another song with Kelley for Love Is Louder ? For Love was amazing but a song from both of you would be THE BEST THING EVER
Definitely.
and when everything goes wrong no matter what(I'm talking medical stuff) but still how is it possible to stay positive or have hope? And again Brittany I love you soooo much
Thank you. One of the things we found works is keeping an album of photos on your phone that make you feel good about yourself or remind you of happy moments or things you really appreciate about your life. In moments when things feel really dark or you feel really alone, pull out that album and scroll those pictures. It can help give us some perspective. Then reach out to a friend or someone you can talk to. Expressing how you are feeling can really help make those feelings less overwhelming.
