Fantastic weekend of learning massive shout out to the @theifba for arranging such a great event to bring personal training gyms together. Massive thanks to all the speakers too. It was good to catch up and learn from some industry leaders. I’m strong believer in continuous investment into learning and become better at what we do individually and business wise @bodytransformationcentre . Likewise I think it’s important that everyone should invest in their health! (I’ll make a separate post in this) Took a few things away that we can implement to improve what we do. 😀 And also a couple of new services we plan to offer too that I have been putting off 😬.
